You sent this out in good time. I'm not reviewing your service, but the delivery issue. Royal Mail delivered to the wrong house in another street. They have not been able to retrieve the package after 3 attempts. I rang you on 14.05.24 to ask you to resend, pointing out my contract for the items is with you and your contract for delivery is with Royal Mail who should reimburse you. The person I spoke to at the pharmacy seemed reluctant to respond positively to my request, and I've not heard from you since, so I don't know what's happening. I'm due into hospital for knee replacement on 22nd (this Wednesday) and wanted my medication for the stay in hospital. PLEASE send my medication and sort out reimbursement with Royal Mail.
