I went on a buying spree during a sale in December, taking advantage of a sale to try their products. Once my box arrived, I was a little confused about some of the serums I'd purchased. As I said, I went a little crazy. I emailed the company and assistance came quite quickly, a nice surprise. I can say they have great customer service, and the products arrive very quickly.
