I love Medik8 advanced pro collagen peptide cream, it sinks into my skin quickly and on waking up my skin looks and feels Amazing, thank you Medik8.

The product wasn’t delivered to my house, which I would have preferred, even though no one was home. Instead, it was sent to a nearby post office and I had to pick it up myself. That said, the item was very well packed and arrived in great condition. The packaging looked good and everything was well‑protected. Overall, still a positive experience.

I'm very happy with Medik8's service. Shipping is always quick, and I often receive generous samples of new products to try for an extended period, which is very helpful. Small sample sachets usually only let you experience the texture. But these trial sizes give enough time to see whether the product actually works for my skin.

Had to change to this cleanser after the cream cleanser was discontinued. Was open minded, but it leaves mascara residue and skin feels strange after using it.

I am very disappointed I did not receive my order dispute trying to contact this company numerous times with no repo se and no contact number

Fabulous experience

I love the samples they provide since I’m hesitant to purchase anything without trying it myself. Would be even better if customers were able to select their own samples before committing in future. I never received my welcome discount though and tried to follow this up twice without response which was a shame

I’ve only been using the Medik8 collagen peptide cream for a short time, but my skin already feels noticeably smoother, softer and more hydrated. It sits beautifully under makeup and gives my skin a healthier, more refreshed look without feeling heavy. Really impressed so far.

I was missing a product from my order, I sent two emails that went unanswered. As a lover of medik8 products and the brand, no response from the company is very unprofessional.

I’ve been using this for around a month and so far I like the texture and how it feels on my skin. However, I think it’s still a bit early to fully evaluate its effectiveness. I’ll need more time to give a more accurate review.
