I purchased the Crystal Retinal on the 29th of August. Paid $15 for express shipping and have not yet been sent a second email with a tracking number nor has it been shipped yet. Tried contacting your company inquiring about my order but there was no response. Still waiting for it. . . makes me consider buying from this company again.
