Item sent had missing part. The flap meant to be attached to the printer for the paper is missing in the unit you sent.( see attached photia) Without it, the output papers will fall all over the floor . Without it, the output papers will fall all over the floor!

Got sick of INK-JET printers. In 30 years needed 6 of them, all problem with ink blocking after 2 years. Changed to BROTHER LASER CFC-Ll8690. It is big and heavy but easy install and going fine- just got it Feb 2024. Like it. A.PALIT. DONCASTER AU

Good easy to use printer but it should not be left to the customer to identify that the warranty period commences 8 months prior to purchase. The vendor should be responsible to ensure their customer has the correct warranty cover at the time of sale.
