The description of these is not very good in fact I thought I was ordering 2 different tapes but they are essentially the same

I ordered two packages of the StipTik Swabpoules. The solution inside the viles in both packages has clumped up, making them virtually unusable. The clumping has occurred long before the expiration date of the swabpoules. This is the first time I have had this happen with this product, and I am fairly disappointed.
