The order took a little longer than I thought it would, but that was OK, and I thought the price was reasonable.

I will ALWAYS support Vet owned/operated businesses. My only issue was, I had some questions and sent an email. I received a reply requesting a call, but it was Memorial Day weekend and it was too late, on the East Coast. I left a message, but never received a reply. Other than that, it's all good. I DO have to check my credit card, as I didn't receive my full order and had to make another one, but I think I got charged the full amount, on the first one.

The awards were done exactly as I needed them to be. If I need any more awards to be mounted, I will reach out to Medals of America again.

It was perfect.

Accurate in rendering, however the magnetic backing was not the same as a previous rack I purchased. The metal backing was rather rigid to apply to a 'Veteran' cap without significant manipulation (bending). I then incorporated additional magnets (used serious rare earth) after manipulating the metal backing and then used some adhesive felt to stabilize the rack. The previous magnetic rack I purchased had a flexible plastic backing and strong"dot" type magnets.

The mug is outstanding and received it undamaged and a must for my military collection.
