Ribeyes are great! Everything is tender and flavorful. If I have one suggestion, it would be a thicker slice on the bacon.

Meatworks has some of the best beef I’ve bought. Their thick cut ribeyes are 16oz and I would prefer 20-22oz. But I see no place to order what I prefer.
