Hi, I was very glad to receive my orSlow jeans, but FedEx also emailed me to request £74gbp import tax. I emailed you 12/9 to query how this happened, but you have failed to reply. I have now received a formal invoice from FedEx for the tax, which increases the price of the jeans by 50%. I would have been better buying them in UK, and I am disappointed and angry that you have not replied to my email. I shop regularly with Eton Shirts who are based in your country and never have these problems.
