Charged unexpected import duties, despite the site staying taxes calculated at checkout (which they obviously weren’t). Ended up being a costly purchase and the company’s support were far from helpful/empathetic.

There were some issues regarding my recent orders (Astorflex-Beenflex & Deukeflex), but there was an immediate action on the store's end to address the issue. Let alone mentioning their diligent manner, there was also a great customer care regarding compensation. Love the Meadow team!
