Communication could have been better- request for assistance on day of move was ignored. Some damage to floor possibly because it was one person delivering a three seater couch.

I ordered one chair to try it in my own dining room for colours, etc. Unfortunately the chair arrived with a broken leg. Accidents happen. The true measure of a company is in their customer service which in this case was excellent (thank you Audrey). I would have happily reordered 4 of these chairs if they had worked in my room. I had considered giving my review less than 5 stars but in the end I was very satisfied with my overall experience.
