Excellent customer service, I had to amend an order and I can’t express enough how helpful and prompt M&B were. I received the item so quickly however I was hugely disappointed with the packaging. The amount of plastic bubble wrap used and extremely large box also. The bubble wrap was completely unnecessary given I purchased a door mat and seat cushion no protection at all was required and it wasn’t very environmentally friendly.
