Mdt has incredible customer service!!

It has no problem in fitting the items I bought in MDT for my rifle. If they have more for other weapons I will surely check here first!

Customer service good. UPS ground shipping is a joke

I love all the MDT products I have bought. I usually buy most of my stuff around the Black Friday sale as I am not an avid competition shooter (more a hunter and range person). I love they have these sales once a year and they did a wonderful job this year improving their site and order process. Finally, one of the items I ordered there was some glitch and they oversold the factory 2nds/blems to several people and instead of cancelling the orders they did a special production run just for us at the same price we ordered and we all got NEW items instead of factory 2nds/blems. You can't beat that. Also the customer service is top notch and shipping is always good once it gets sent out. Love all MDT products and the quality and function.

All of the MDT equipment that I have is very well made and is easy to use. MDT make great equipment. But, you ready don't get to know a company until something goes wrong. I had some ordering issues during the black Friday sale. The website did not work correctly and it over sold a lot of equipment. Instead of cancelling the orders, MDT sent out a letter explaining the issue that a lot of equipment was sold that they did not have to sell. But, they would honor the sale and while we might have to wait up to a month or so, they would send new equipment as it was back in stock. I have received everything and I could not be proud of MDT as they are a standup company.

Ordered quite a few things but I think they forgot about me in the last chassis I emailed them about two months later and I got it out that day

Fast and reliable

Support and response to questions were very quick. I would like more torque specs provided on all parts of the chassis (hand grip and stock).
