Purchased a king size mattress 6 yrs ago. Developed some issues. Contacted Happsy about the issues and put in touch with Monique. She was so gracious in remedying our issue and basically asked for photos which we sent and immediately sent us a replacement. No hassles . The Happsy Latex Topper arrived super fast , it was packed with great care . The exquisite cover on the topper make it a bargain. There was no odor from my Topper . I soon plan to order another one . My topper was placed on a very firm latex topper and paired with an existing wool topper. My plan to customize a pillow top type mattress that allows me to replace the wool topper before it forms impressions . We got the medium-firm mattress because my husband likes more firm but I like more plush. To me it needed to be a little softer so we ordered the topper with it. We've had it for almost 3 years and are still so happy we went with Happsy! It has held up well and is the most comfortable mattress we've owned! And a bonus that we are not breathing in off gasses as we sleep. We are 100% satisfied with our investment!

Great pillow! I have never had a queen size pillow before, so I love the extra room. So comfortable and it is so important to me that I am sleeping on an organic, non-toxic product.

We purchased a mattress and mattress protector and got 2 free pillows as part of a deal they were running at the time. It took my body a couple of weeks to get used to it, but my husband loved it right away. We may end up purchasing the mattress topper some day, but do not find it necessary at this time. It’s so great to go to sleep knowing that I am sleeping on all non toxic materials. There is absolutely no smell to the mattress and we are very satisfied. We actually had a problem because our mattress protector and pillows got lost somewhere prior to delivery and were never delivered. I hadn’t noticed right away because we were in the middle of a move, but once I did, customer service replaced the products 100% free. We were very grateful!

TITLE: Limited Selection and Questionable Quality Only white sheets, so I need to shop elsewhere. And what's so healthy about your polyurethane mattress protectors... petroleum is one of the ingredients!

The mattress had a very strong smell for a few days. I had to put baking soda and vacuum it up to help. It still has a smell. Also the queen bed does not fit my bed frame. It bulges out on the sides. Does not seem like an expensive mattress. Not impressed

We are pleased with queen mattress with topper. Did need to buy a thick mattress pad to add more softness.

I ordered a king (not Cal king) and it is way too big. Nice quality, not hot, doesn't make crinkly sounds and really appears waterproof. Just too darn big to get a snug fit.

This is a great mattress. I like supportive mattresses with a soft top, and we have a super top of the line mattress in our main bedroom I love. We bought a Happsy for our guest room which I use sometimes and I swear it’s nearly as good as our $10k mattress. Highly recommend.

Really like my mattress pad. It's soft and washes beautifully. I have a lot of allergies and appreciate that it is organic and toxin-free. Unlike so many things I buy now, this had NO odor right out of the package. As others have mentioned, it is light yellow in tone, but I find that it makes my white sheets a nice creamy tone. Very happy with my purchase. :)

Just purchased 2 Happsy pillows to go with the Happsy Mattress that I've had for 2 years. Couldn't be more pleased. All is comphy and relaxing. Pillows not too big...just right.
