You did fine however a few days after receipt Birch Gold was offering free silver with purchases like I made. So I have a little buyers remorse in that I received no Veteran's discount or new customer discount, or anything like other gold companies selling the same product were doing for the similar cost/values.

I use to love USGB, now not so much - very slow in shipping items, and slow in delivering quotes for items being sold back. I will stay because I have to - but I will really evaluate my alternatives in the future.

I have had wonderful customer service. I noticed just as my product was being shipped that the address was incorrect. Customer service was able to stop the shipment, correct the address and get my product to me. I have purchased twice from US Gold Bureau and have been very satisfied and happy.

Everything was perfect just need to improve shipping time once money deducted atleast you need to process it soon it took almost a 3 weeks to get this which create a huge doubt in any new customer mind
