Several areas of USGB that need serious attention - 1) The time it takes for an order to actually get processed and picked up by a shipping carrier (no reason for such a delay), 2) The ongoing problems with the Sell-to-Us pages and 3) The continued issues with the mobile app. Minor steps have been taken to fix some things but they never seem to do a complete job.
