Shipping was fine. Communication was decent. Product was not as pictured.

I paid extra for a saturday delivery, they showed up 3 days later. I reached out with my delivery concern and never heard back. When they did arrive they were in poor condition and several had to be thrown out. The add-on vase that was recommended with the flowers was too small to hold the flowers - even after several were thrown away.

Upon arrival of this well packaged box, I opened to find the most beautiful mixed flowers that included a cutting Shear, and a vase. All was well wrapped. In the future, I would only order from POMP. They are still blooming days later after receiving them.There was many flowers which I added to 2 Vases. This was my second order. Definitely recommend Pomp over any others!
