It’s too early to tell definitively but I think I’m liking this product. However I am not happy that it contains sucralose. An unsweetened version would be cool.

I have not noticed any drastic changes in energy or heath, but it does have better flavor than some that I have tried. I will continue to use it in hopes that I will see some noticable benefits. If I do not see any within the next month, I think I will discontinue the use of it.
