I purchased a Xerjoff last 04/18/2026 and Maxaroma has a promo of free gift card of $20 for any $150 plus purchase. I was excited to have it as I was planning to buy another fragrance. I was informed by online reps thru email that they will email it after 30 days. I understood the policy as any buyer can return the perfume within 30 days if not satisfied. I kept my Xerjoff. As of this writing, 05/30/2026, no e-gift card yet. Online rep emailed me that they will process it. Im almost 2 weeks out of 30 days requirment. So, just a caution about their promo of e-gift cards. Do not get too excited. Is Maxaroma really true to their word? or is this just a Hype to entice customers to buy - could be nice if TRUE? Is funny the E-gift card survey arrived to my email - and I do not have the product. Totally disappointing. They keep the money they promised to give me.
