I wanted low to no
I wanted low to no acid coffee and ran across two companies I thought I coikd trust. Mavericks customer service was so patient either me and answered my emails quickly. Thank you Ryan

Not low acid as claimed
We decided to try a different brand of low acid coffee. So we ordered several varieties of this. Upon receiving it, we gave it a try. This doesn’t seem to be low acid in any way. My wife’s system is very sensitive to acidic things like coffee. A few drinks in and she was already starting to feel the effects of regular acid coffee. Tried the 90% less acid the next day and the same effects. The next day went back to our usual low acid coffee and she had no issues. So, I’m out a $100 and have a box of coffee I can’t use. Won’t be buying again.

One of the best coffees I've ever had
I love coffee. I'm a veteran and I've had coffee all over Europe and the Middle East, and in many places around the US. Maverick's is tied for 1st as the best (imo) coffee along with a roaster in Washington State. They really are Low-acid and the guys that run the roaster really know what they're doing! If you want a great cup of coffee that's easier on your tummy - you're in the right place!
