Shipping a tad slow but presentation & wrap very nice. Some slippage at heel & my high instep makes for a tighter fit on one foot only once worn I could adjust & fine now.

The customer service was great and the shipping was quick.

I followed the sizing instructions and sized down as I’m a half size. These slippers are not wide fitting and I needed to return to size up. These slippers next size up are good but they are not wide. They are very firm which is good. I have plantar fasciitis and pretty much wear footwear indoors all the time. These are great for winter but once warm weather comes I won’t be wearing them. It would be nice if a warm weather style was developed without the fluff and maybe open toed.

I feel like I need to get a plush smoking jacket or something to match my fancy slippers. Makes being at home all the more luxurious!

I originally ordered slippers with backs, but switched to the mule version. I ordered the same size and used the size guide on the website but these are too small when I wear them with socks - they fit a bit snug without socks. I've concluded they're just not the right fit for me but it's a bummer because they were quite expensive. Customer Service with my original return was very helpful and accommodating. Nothing against the company, just not for me!

It is hard to find stylish and comfortable slippers, with quality materials and design that provide regular footwear level support. I have bought two pairs of the Audrey in Champagne Velvet (the 2nd to replace the pair my daughter took home because she loved them so much), and would buy again! I also had to follow up on my order and was pleased by the quick response and action from the team.
