Great customer service! There was an issue with my order and it got resolved immediately without any issues! This website is genuinely my go-to for all hair styling products. It has a lot of variety and even offers limited edition runs.

Prices were fair, especially considering that ordering from US beard companies typically incurred some pretty large shipping costs that inflate the overall price, MatureGents keeps the prices for these products pretty on par with Canadian companies which I love. The CAD beard scene is burgeoning and there are a few good brands coming up in the space, but we still really have no one competing with the beard octane’s and Artius Man’s, or Fable’s of the space, so I appreciate being able to access those products without those huge US shipping costs when buying direct. Shipping was a tad longer than I’d expect for express, but that’s more a CP efficiency (or lack thereof) issue that an issue with MatureGents. My only real complaint is no return or exchange policy if a product, particularly the scent, isn’t to your liking. When it comes to grooming products, I totally understand why their policy is as it is, but when the beard brand in question (and most other companies in the space) allow the return/exchange of unopened/unused products when the scent isn’t to the clients liking, it kinda sucks when you take a risk on a scent and can’t do anything about it. It’s definitely not MatureGents’ fault that I didn’t really like the scent I chose, but the no return policy does still sting and it does give me pause for using MatureGents in the future if I’m taking another chance on a scent and not buying a product I’m already familiar with, since I have no recourse but to swallow that pill if I’m not the biggest fan of the scent. Apart from that small quibble, which again I understand why it exists, when it comes to buying a product I already know I like, definitely will be giving MatureGents more of my business. A Satisfied Canadian who can finally access his favorite US beard brands
