I've enjoyed the products and selection, but the site and checkout experience are pretty bad. The site navigation is confusing and has some missing parts, so I have generally had to use the search function to find what I need. Recently, when trying to check out, the standard shipping option to the contiguous US was missing and only a $50 expedited option was available.

I use this lip calm day and night... I actually lost it and had to replace same day because it's such a staple in my routine now!!!

Quick and packaged so beautifully

I ordered this product hoping it would help with my peri-menopausal fall and post summer sun and salt water damage. I was excited that it was a clean product. Unfortunately, I forgot it at home when I went on my 1 month tropical vacation in August. To my surprise my 30year old son had started using it on his bald spot while I was gone and when I saw him I was shocked! The spot was completely covered with hair! He even said his girlfriend and babee noticed! Needless to say I reordered and we will all be using it! Stay tuned for the updates!

Loved everything we ordered, including the samples, however one of the samples was oil and the container wasn't fully sealed so it leaked in the box. At least it smelled nice!
