Brought three Hot Ones hot
Brought three Hot Ones hot sauces. Customer service was excellent and very efficient. The only reason it’s not five stars is because the delivery courier Sendle was awful - they didn’t pick up the parcel, then it was left at the wrong depot and didn’t arrive in timeframe. Matt’s Hot Shop were super apologetic for this although it was not their fault at all. The hot sauces themselves are fantastic. The LOS CALIENTES BARBACOA sauce is delicious with a Smokey bbq flavour.

This store is really good. The range is vast, you can sort by heat, and Mat has been friendly and helpful everytime ive talked to him.
