Fantastic customer service
We had been using our hushh religiously for about a year but the machine stopped working because we had it plugged in for 2 week’s consecutively. I sent a warranty request in and Angel requested a photo of my proof of purchase and photo of the machine, and after receiving them sent a replacement one. This gadget is sooooo helpful for car rides and travelling or any naps on the go. It’s also handy for overnight sleep - couldn’t recommend this product more!

ROHM Sound Machine
I’ve just gotten my 3rd Rohm Sound Machine ONLY because the 1st two didn’t work & was a replacement from the 2nd one. The latest one worked 1 time & tonight I was planning to use it with my grandchild & it doesn’t work. I am beyond frustrated & would not recommend this sound machine to anyone

Great deal with the 2-pack and fast shipping (got it in time for Christmas). The only thing I could recommend is updating the charging port to USB-C from micro-USB.

Looking forward to take this small sound machine on my trip. Fully charged worked 1 night, recharged & machine won’t turn on. Only thing that works is the light. Very disappointed!

I've only had this sound
I've only had this sound machine for a few weeks but it's doing a great job so far. I primarily use it for privacy during my teletherapy calls and at night for sleep. I completely open the chamber and flip the switch to high for full volume for therapy, but for sleep, I can close the side chamber and most of the top and flip the switch to low for background noise.

The shipping was great, but
The shipping was great, but after two weeks the Dohm started to rattle so much that it was hard to listen to. I unplugged it and put it in the closet- not with it.
