3 Year Update
So, I've now had these pillows for a little over 3 years now. They are very comfortable. The cooling is okay. I still need to flip my pillow occasionally during the night but compared to a stand pillow, this one is great. BUT. . . they are now starting to break down a bit. Before the filling was very well distributed, kept it's form. Over the past few months it is starting to push to either side of the pillow, leaving it void in the middle. I am trying to decide if it's just time for new pillows or if there is something else I could try to 're-fluff' these. I know that 3 years seems like a long time for pillows, but they have been great and worth the money! Their customer service is also fantastic.

I love my Marlow pillow so much. The cooling cover is so good that I ordered more to keep on hand while one is being washed. I had been on a search for the perfect pillow—-supportive, but not too firm, and stays cool at night. I found it!

2nd Pillow order: excellent!
I am setting up a camper so ordered a 2nd pair of pillows for home bed and moved the older set into the camper. Older set is still good and new are as well - very happy! My order was shipped quite fast.
