My experience has been great. There were issues with the delivery, so it arrived later than usual, how ever that was not Marlowe's fault, and they communicated fast, curteous and were helpful. They re-shipped it, and it arrived soon after.

Overall I’m really enjoying the products and well as the order delivery times I have 2 teenage boys and all three of us are using this brand now
