I purchased size 3 duck boots, usually I am a 4 or 5. But these shoes were huge, after trying to figure out if I should get a 2 or a 1, I got a size 1 due to the fact that they were so huge, then, I had to return the 3, but pay for shipping, and pay for shipping for my new pair that don’t even fit me. I basically paid for two pairs of shoes, plus some more and they don’t even fit;I love the style their cute, but I am definitely not spending anymore money to get the size 2

The shipping was great. I was notified at each turn and my items were generally delivered earlier than expected. Love all of the monogramming. Makes for very special gifts!
