Shipping - The lid was not sealed properly when it was packed. When I received the package it was wet at the bottom. Saw the cap was not sealed.

There was a mixup on the product I order vs received. I called to straighten it out, and it was handled within 5 minutes. The polite woman I spoke with apologized for the mistake, sent me out the product and included a shirt for the troubles. I was preparing for a battle because thats how things are today.
