Love them. Super comfy and soft. The only suggestion I would make is to not have as much toe/top of foot coverage for a more younger and modern look. Extend the opening a little more towards the toes. Some flats look better with a tiny bit of toes cleavage and although I think the shape of this pair may not neccessarily require that, I do personally think that there is too much toe coverage on this. It can tend to look more "granny" depending on what clothes you style it with. Besides this, customer service was spot on and excellent. So efficient and helpful!!! This will keep me coming back.

Shipping was pretty average. I had to make an exchange twice to get the right size, and my new size usually came pretty quickly.

The mules are gorgeous they are a little bit on the wide side but I put little pedals stuck to the bottom at the front to keep them from slipping which made them absolutely perfect. The quality is amazing as well as the comfort! The shoes are stunning and will go with so many summer outfits!
