Shipping? Super Fast. Packaging? Great. Ease of setup? Amazing. Reliability? The best. Needs a remote and other colors, and I wish it had Bluesound in it. I have yet to meet a HEOS fan. But these are little nits. You can’t ever go wrong with a Marantz. I have a Marantz in two diff rooms and recommend them to all new audiophiles and first time home theater builders looking for advice.

Refurbished unit was blemish free. Set up of bi-amp configuration was convoluted, took several attempts to get it right. No quick way to turn dynamic volume on or off. Otherwise extremely happy in transition from Denon to Marantz!

Quickly shipped & arrived safely. working fine. One thing you need to buy the coin battery the one included is not for operating the switch sad but it is ok. got a little discount through work to cover the cost of battery lol.
