I swear by Defend for keeping the sickness away! As soon as I feel a hint of anything coming on, I do a shot of Defend for a couple days. It works! Feeling healthy and vibrant! And I love that I can pick up products right here in Bend.

I love, love, love the honey tonics!! The Thrive is delicious and the defend is delicious. I take a half a shot of each every morning. While I have a sweet tooth the Thrive seems to help curb my sweet tooth slightly and helps keep me balanced. The Defend is another immunity tonic that has kept me from getting sick. I have to be careful because I have a weakened immune system due to all of my auto-immunes. As I mentioned on a review regarding the Royal Boost Honey blend, my boyfriend was sick 3 different times over a 4 week period; the last 2 times he was sick he was running a fever between 101-102. I religiously kept drinking the Honey Tonics and the Royal Blend Honey and I am sold. Hand to the skies, Manuka Mana has kept me from getting sick and/or the bug that has been going around.
