Ordered 4 bottles of 1. 1lbs honey and got 8 bottles of short dated lesser qty honey instead. I feel like my order was intentionally substituted to clear near expiration stock. I was happy to return the unused/ unopened bottle but the customer service agent Sheryll stated I need to cover the shipping cost!! Too bad you lost a loyal customer.

Recieved around15May 2026. Best by 8/36. We ordered in bulk for health benefits so this quick best by is disappointing. No way can we consume all that in 2. 5 months.
