Why is my new order of honey not as thick ?

Not happy with any of these. Nothing like other brands that I have had. Dark, runny, horrible taste.

Yes, it is good, but it expires in less than two months, and they are asking me TO IGNORE THE EXPIRATION DATE!!!!
