All the items I received were expired. I have tried to request a return, but no one has handled it. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

Not good. I received all products that is already expired. Ordered in April 2026 and products received with expiration date for Feb 2026z reached out to submit the issues on the same day I received the products and it has been 2 wks and there’s no one reply or response with a solution.

This was an absolutely terrible purchasing experience. The honey I received has a shelf life of just over three months remaining before it expires. When I reached out to customer service to report this, the response I received was: "Honey never expires. " In that case, why is an expiration date even printed on the label? The shelf life of this batch of honey is actually shorter than that of the honey I purchased last year. I intended to give this as a gift to my friend; how am I supposed to present honey that is about to expire as a gift to them?
