I ordered some items and upon delivery, 1 item was missing without any notice or information. I was very confused as the packing list show all and every items were included in the shipment. I then wrote email to verify and was replied that the missing item was actually not delivered as it is out of stock. I mean “what”? What if I didnt emailed to verify? The information should be clear. Im totally not satisfied with the service!
