Ordered this product and after a month I never received it. I submitted three customer service requests and emails following up and received NO response at all from Manuka Doctor. No contact at all. I have waited over a month with no contact from them and therefore can’t try the product. No refund, no offer for a replacement. But they have sent me 3 emails asking for a review, so here it is. Quality = zero Customer Service = less than zero Would I buy from again = A strong NO (unless they follow up to rectify this issue)
