I've used this high strength mgo Manuka Honey for a while now. I take a small teaspoon first thing every morning as a preventative measure against colds, flu, throat and chest infections; and i have to say that i've managed to get through the winter virtually unscathed whilst others around me have suffered, some for many weeks. I always keep a spare jar handy! I've recommended this product to friends and family to have in the cupboard to use when early signs of colds, flu etc appear.
