I had a delivery problem. Emma solved it quickly and graciously. She had empathy for the difficulty I was experiencing. This level of care is consistent with the quality of the Manucurist products. Lovely colors that wear well and do not damage my nails. This company is changing nail care.

Après une longue hésitation j'ai enfin passé le pas en testant la gamme green flash et j'en suis ravie. La pause est extrêmement agréable, les produits sentent bon et la lampe très simple d'usage. Le vernis tient très bien une dizaine de jours minimum. J'ai surtout apprécié la facilité de retrait et la qualité de mes ongles. Habituellement avec un vernis standard je dois attendre entre deux couleurs car mes ongles se dédoublent et deviennent mou. Là ils sont en bonne santé. Je recommande à 100%

Promesse non tenue. Kit a plus de 100€ je regrette, le vernis ne tient pas bien même si je respecte bien toute la procédure avec beaucoup de soin. Ou alors il ne faut pas se laver et utiliser ses mains sans gants. :(

Cadeau reçu pour Noël. Malgré le respect scrupuleux des étapes, des conseils et des vidéos, le résultat du vernis semi-permanent Green Flash est un peu décevant. Les points positifs : les flacons numérotés et les minuteurs de la lampe facilitent l’application et le retrait en une minute est très efficace sans abîmer les ongles. En revanche, la tenue du vernis laisse à désirer, avec des zones qui se retirent rapidement sans raison apparente. Heureusement, la facilité de retrait permet de corriger rapidement l’ongle concerné.

I love these products. The active glow line is a perfect for a natural look. Just a touch of color. Their solid colors are bright and beautiful. Their polish remover is effective and moisturizing.

Fijne nagellak. Mooi naturel kleuren en ik merk nu al dat mijn nagels verbeteren. Nette verzending, en ook een probleem bij de verzending is snel en keurig opgelost door Manucurist. Ik ben er blij mee!

Nail polish started to come off 1-2 day after I applied it (I made sure to follow the instructions in detail as I wanted to experience long lasting nails as they claim). I also found out that not all of the nail polish last the same, others took maybe 3-5 days to start coming off. Overall, I feel that the products don’t give what they advertise and for the money I paid for the kit it doesn’t give me the value. I personally won’t recommend it if what you are looking for is long lasting nails. You mostly pay for the nice box where you receive it, the freebies and the brand.

Les vernis commandés n'étaient pas pour moi. Ils étaient destinés à une personne de ma famille. Ils semblent lui donner entière satisfaction.

Have still not received my order!

J’ai utilisé le kit ultime ongles striés pendant 2 semaines et mes ongles ont retrouvé tout leur éclat. Je recommande vivement ce kit.

Products ordered on 29/12/25 have still not arrived on 11/01/26

I like the product but I’m waiting to see if my nails get healthier 😊 Also can I order a soft pink color?

La manicura no dura ni un sol dia bé. I porto molts anys utilitzant esmalts semipermanents. Però sí que es nota que és menys agressiu que altres esmalts per la pell i les ungles. Molt car, per resultats molt negatius.

Problèmes de livraison à 2 reprises : je suis découragée! J’exprime mon avis sur l’expérience et non sur la qualité de vos produits que je n’aurais malheureusement pas l’occasion de tester!

My order still hasn’t arrived. It’s been almost a month and the customer service rep said it might still get here even though it has said “out for delivery” for 5 days now with no movement. I am not sure I’ll ever order from here again.

Very smooth flowing, easy to apply, no harsh smell nail polish. Looks great.

I placed an order for a few items, they were delivered to an inpost locker but when I opened the package a bottle of nail polish had broken and the entire contents spilled over all the other contents meaning everything was stuck to the information leaflet. I immediately corrected the customer service team who arranged for my order to be replaced and they kindly added a serum by way of apology. This time delivery was via Royal Mail so received more quickly and intact thankfully.
