I have mixed emotions about this cream. The formula has helped keep my skin hydrated during the harshest winter months, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, the consistency of the cream is quite tough and difficult to apply. This is maybe due to the formula, but makes for a poor user experience. Packaging is surprisingly bad for such an expensive product. When the jar was filled to more than half, it was impossible to open the lid without getting cream everywhere. Messy and wasteful. I have had plenty of creams from other brands in a similar style jar, but never had this issue before. It should thus be easy to fix, but unfortunately drags down the overall experience.
