My veteran disabled husband has been taking it about a week and omg it has improved his back pain. Everyday he drinks it it brings down the pain from a 7 to a 2 level he says. I believe we will continue buying it as he needs it daily to feel better.

I am 78 and started using Manna Curcumin for its many benefits. I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life. After taking the curcumin for a couple of months, I was surprised to find I was losing weight. Not a lot; just 5 pounds over 2 months but with no effort or change in diet. My budget tightened and I went off it for 3 months, my weight started to climb. I've been back on it now 3 months and am losing a few pounds each month with no effort. I plan to start trying and see what I can lose with effort this summer. I know this product is not for weight loss but this is a nice bonus

I've used three bottles, just received three more, but I guess it didn't help my inflammation because I have a very hard time squeezing out a tablespoon full. The bottle is too thick and I end up getting it all over the counter top, it's very messy. I canceled my subscription.
