I have been purchasing and consuming them regularly for the last three months, but during this period I have repeatedly received gummies with a bitter taste. Even in my most recent order, the gummies tasted bitter. I have reported this issue multiple times to your customer support team and explained my concern in detail. I also offered to return the gummies so that your team could test and investigate the issue, but that process has not moved forward. As this is a consumable product, quality and consistency are very important. Due to the repeated occurrence of the same issue and the lack of a clear resolution, I have decided to stop purchasing the gummies for now. I hope your team investigates this matter thoroughly, as other customers may also face similar issues in the future. Thank you.
