No effect even after 2. 5 months. Nor am I receiving any symptom of new hair growth. All the tools, i. e. , gummies, roller, shampoo, and serum, were recommended to me, but no results.

Regarding this product I purchased. I used Product for 8 months continuously, stopped for one month, and upon restarting, I have noticed extreme hair fall.

I am happy with the quality of Man Matters products—they are effective and well packaged. However, my delivery experience was very poor. My order was expected on 20th Jan but got delayed by almost a week. The delivery partner marked the status as “customer denied delivery” without calling or informing me, which is incorrect. There was also no option to directly contact the delivery person. I tried calling and texting the delivery helpline multiple times, but there was no response at all. I request Man Matters to work closely with their delivery partners and improve communication. Product quality is good, but delivery service needs serious improvement

I had an unsatisfactory experience with Man Matters. My order was not picked up on 19/01, and I raised this issue with customer support. I was assured by the representative that the order would be delivered on time. Despite this assurance, no corrective action was taken. Instead, a new order was created later, resulting in a delay that has disrupted my routine, as this is a time-sensitive product. There was no accountability or proactive update, and the delay caused avoidable inconvenience to me as a customer. For a brand focused on health and consistency, this experience was disappointing. Improved logistics coordination and more accurate customer communication are needed.
