You sell great products my only issue I have ever had is the smaller tubes of shower gel if you drop them on the shower tray , they split near the top , happened to me 3 times now and I have to decant into a spare 500ml I keep just in case , I buy these for my sons as well they gave me the same feedback

Whilst I appreciate that this issue is mainly a result of Royal Mail, my first online order with Mancave hasn't been great thus far. I submitted my order on the on 6th July and received a confirmation from yourselves on the 7th July saying "Great News, Your order is on its way. " It's now 29th July and it is still travelling around various Royal Mail distribution centres. The Royal Mail tracking record thus far: Wed 15th - Sender has dispatched item 16th July (10am) - Item received - North West Midlands MC 17th July (2am) - Item received - South Midlands MC 17th July (10am) - Item received - Coventry South DO 19th July (3am) - Item received - Midlands Super Hub 19th July (7pm) - Item received - South Midlands MC (For the second time) 20th July (10am) - Item received - Coventry South DO (For the second time) 22nd July (7pm) - Item received - North West Midlands MC (Where it first started!) 24th July (2pm) - Item received - Birmingham Central DO 27th July (7pm) - Item received - Midlands Super Hub (For the second time) 28th July (2pm) - Item received - Midlands Super Hub (Although it was already there on the 27th?) 29th July (9am) - Item received - South Midlands MC (For the THIRD time) I've calculated that, although your production facilities are only 58 miles from my house, this package has now travelled approximately 330miles, and still shows no signs of turning up. I did contact for customer services department on the 23rd, who apologised and said that they would send a replacement but I've heard nothing since. It's now become a running family joke every time we receive a Royal Mail updated and we bet each other which distribution point it'll go to next. Personally I think we've got the best smelling postmen in the Midlands.
