Great, ordered then arrived 2 days later. The box got damaged in transit but the rollator and accessories were in perfect order.

Email exchange about the return included swift, polite responses. Returns if faulty are free but as we returned because we didn't like them, we had to pay postage. I completely understand why but will factor this in when considering cost compared with other major retail sites. I would rather use this company where I can but. . . . . .

Our table arrived well packaged, it no time at all to assemble. It's quite stable in use and my wife is very happy with it. My only niggle is that I applied for VAT relief as my wife has had MS for 50 years, but it didn't happen.
