As a new mum, everything postpartum and breastfeeding is all so new and unfamiliar. When I started to feel my breasts becoming engorged and sore around day 5, I used these hot and cold packs. The cold temperature is what gave me instant relief between feeds. Just 30 mins in the freezer was ample time to cool them down. I would place them in the freezer right before I start a feed so they’re ready to apply when I’m finished. I would recommend having one pack for heat during a feed and then keeping one pack in the freezer. You honestly can’t have enough. They have been amazing. They were so easy and comfortable to wear inside my bra. I also love the smaller connection point that sits at the bottom of the pack. I purchased the silver nipple cups bundle for my second postpartum care. They are such a beautiful shape and are very comfortable to wear! I swear by these for every breastfeeding mother.
