Tried to chase delivery but just standard reply

Service has always been great. Delivery is always within the expected time given sometimes sooner.

Aall but the bags is fine. Re delivery, it would be a lot more sustainable to leave the parcel in a suitable place agreed by the customer at their home rather than having it taken to the local post office which in my case involved carrying a big heavy box for 15 mn.
