Shipping and service are good. Just not sure on the value for money. Better perfumes for same price or less elsewhere.

Last year, UK service was fantastic. This year it has degraded and is not what it was. We had to wait over 2 weeks for this order and had to chase it with customer service where correspondence was also slow. I hope this is a blip and things will improve as we love the products and were sad to see the stores close in London.
