Communication was great as far as when it was gonna arrive and customer service was quick to return my calls

Over the years my experience with Malibu parts has been very good. This one product is the only problem

Lead time for the cover was a bummer, but understandable as these are custom made. Cover fits super snug and is a better fit than the factory cover. We will see how it stands the test of time, but so far, well worth the money. Have had this out in some extremely heavy rainstorm and the inside of the boat was bone dry.

They were very helpfull in finding an mmdc for v my Malibu boat that was disc ontinued but which had a superceding direct replacement.

Delivery dates are solid and if an oops happens ordering the wrong part return process is fantastic.

the people i talked to were great very heplfull the shipping dept. needs some work. my axle went to utah and there's came here silghtly of coarse. but got it figured out. thanks again for all the help

Good products, just wish it was a little easier to search for products. Also, the dash buttons are limited in options and doesn’t fit my Malibu, and the options that would fit it aren’t available. But, when you sign up for notifications, there isn’t a notification that lets you know you’re on the list to be informed. This is all me being nit picky. The awe site and service was good overall.
