Easy to work with when I called to have questions answered. Disappointed that the person on the line did not mention that there was a bundle from Jennifer Maker with this printer which was on sale for the same cost and would have allowed me to get some additional items with the printer. Set up of printer was a little strange, but I was able to do so and print out some designs. Quality much better than the converted printer I was using previously.

My brother wanted a bottle opener with his logo, so I thought I'd do him one better with the Laserette Bottle Opener/ Coaster. I wasn't sure if it would work with UV DTF and I was a bit nervous when making it, but it came out perfect and he loved it! I will definitely be using these again.
