Overall a great experience buying your product, only thing I would say wasn’t a five star is the perfume label is put on off center and crooked and the cap is plastic.

I’ve been buying the No. 4 candles for years but I get sick of having to buy and burn candles. This was the perfect fix and has filled my room with its elegant scent continuously. Totally worth it!!! My husband loves it. Worth the price imo considering the constant, intoxicating scent you get! Love that the refills are decently priced and are cheaper than the original purchase of the diffuser itself.

Hello, usually I go to Sephora every 2/3 months to buy a set but it was sold out everywhere for a couple of weeks so I had to order on the website First it took a week to arrive which is very long Second, when I opened the box, the spray was greasy and the bottle wasn’t full, I was a bit surprised as it never happened before I traveled this weekend outside of NYC, I’m now sure that the spray is leaking… Please fix the spray, this perfume smells too good for me not to travel with :(((

The candle has no scent, the eau de parfum doesn’t last, and the perfume oil smells like RedHot cinnamon candies. I’ve been a longtime lover of Bois de Balincourt, but the last two times I’ve gotten it, it smells overpoweringly like cinnamon oil instead of the scent I fell in love with. Customer service noted that can happen when it sits in warehouses at inappropriate temperatures… but offered nothing else.
