For the last three years, on my birthday, my wife and I enjoy live lobster and other seafood from Mainelobsternow.com shipped to our vacation cabin in the mountains of West Virginia. It's always memorable. This year our package missed a connecting flight delaying delivery 24 hours. We were worried the lobster would arrive dead and everything spoiled. To our delight, when we opened the box the lobsters were extremely viable and the scallops, oysters, and salmon were all preserved perfectly. Thanks to the expert care and packaging a potential disappointment was averted.

I ordered clams, muscles, blue pt. oysters and one 2lb live maine lobster - they all arrived well packaged and fresh. The lobster was still alive, though barely, we cooked it for dinner and it was delicious! I've ordered from them for years & never been disappointed. Their customer service department is excellent. I highly recommend them and will continue to order from them in future.

I ordered over $150 worth of seafood. There was an issue with the delivery company. The driver that was supposed to deliver it, went home sick. Product got left on the truck all day and 90° heat. When it got to me later that evening, everything had thought out and was not cold. I took pictures and sent them to Maine lobster now explaining the situation, as I had refused to delivery because I did not want to accept thawed out seafood. They denied my claim saying that I refuse the order because it got here late. I could have cared last what time and got here, just that it was thought out and no longer cold, and I did not want to make myself sick, by eating seafood that had been sitting on a hot truck all day. I have been ordering from this company for years and I'm very disappointed in their response.
