They basically robbed me
What sucks is that on their website they said they will ship same day if the order was confirmed before 2 PM. Mine was confirmed way before that and they didn't ship it that day. I shared the concern of my shipment process, and they canceled my delivery. Not my order where I would get a refund, my delivery was canceled. This breaks my heart because I am a Southern California Kid that was born and raised, so I want to support all California small business. I don't know if I can stand by this company if they are going to treat their customer like trash and basically steal their money.

everything magneto provided was great,
everything magneto provided was great, from shipping to the actual product. When I was buying my board I thought it wouldve taken way more then 2 days for it to be shipped to me but it was at more doorstep very very fast. The only complaint i would have was I had to oil the bearings but honestly i dont know if thats a usual thing when buying a longboard so im not gonna let it take away from anything :)
