I had two parcels which arrived very fast and then I had one parcel which was "Lost in transit" when I enquired to the person about their present they never received. I chased up delivery and they were very helpful and made sure a new parcel was sent with the item express post. Was disappointed that the parcel never arrived before christmas but was very well followed up and service was great
