Really like the watch, great design and the ultra thin case is great! The only issue I have is the butterfly clasp, it is too thick, probably even thicker than the bracelet link. Hence making me a bit uncomfortable wearing it. I am not trying to be picky but I think the clasp is much thicker than my other watches. Really wish Maen can improve on this for the new generation and provide parts for existing owners to purchase and upgrade.

I love my Maen Manhattan 40mm with Jade dial. Customer service was spot on throughout the purchasing and shipping process. Cofounders are very engaged and clearly care about the customer.

Mine is turning the hour at 2 minutes past the top of the hour. Don’t know if this can be solved.

The watch is the best looking in my collection and also works very well, but does have several problems: First of all the 36mm size. while faithful to the spirit of the era, I find it 1mm to small. 37mm would have been usable by most people, and still capture the era's designs. Omitting the date complication is great for clean aesthetics, but reduces usability by a lot. Many watches with moon phase or crosshairs still have a date window and look just fine. The rubber belt they've provided me for free is not very good at all. It is considerably worse than the watch. It looks meh, the heavy ridging on the inside is quite uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. The quick release hooks are located on the opposite end of the pins from what everybody else is doing, and are extremely difficult for right handed people to use. I didn't take the bracelet, as it does not offer quick adjustments. The case back has both knurling like Rolex and many 60s watches, but also the regular six notches that are used to actually open it. That is an aesthetic redundancy with which I don't agree.
