Recently recieved my power steering for my gator rsx850i. Install was easy but ran into an issue with the power steering unit. I contacted Superatv and within minutes I was contacted. Sent me a diagnosis sheet. I went thru it and sent them the results. Again in minutes, and on a weekend I got a reply which stated a new unit was being sent asap. And it was sent immediately. Can't ever say I've had that kinda service anywhere. Thank you Superatv. And yes, she all installed and is awsome. Keith A Antonichuk-Outfitters

I was disappointed with this purchase. The windshield description was not accurate and did not clearly represent the product I received. To their credit, SuperATV did waive the 20% restocking fee after I contacted them. However, I was still responsible for paying the return shipping costs, even though the return was due to a product description that I felt was misleading or incomplete. For a company that markets itself as a premium UTV accessory provider, I expected a more customer-friendly resolution. While I appreciate the waived restocking fee, customers should not have to absorb return shipping costs when a product does not match the description. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing directly from SuperATV again. If I buy SuperATV products in the future, I will do so through Amazon or eBay, where customer protections and return policies are generally more favorable. Given the overall experience, I expected better support and a smoother resolution for an issue that originated with the product listing itself.

Easy to find the exact windshield I needed for my 15 year old RZR

Lack of knowledgeable technical support I installed forward a arms on Polaris general XP 4 , they tell you to reinstall sway bar even though they tell you upfront it won't fit. They can't tell you why or if there is a fix. They could have told me that an adjustable would fix the issue,I had to research it myself. A nother issue is they don't tell you that you're turning radius will go from 20 feet stock to over 40 feet with their arms, I suppose it's more important to sell the product than let buyers know upfront. My 4 door f250 has the same turning radius, not happy
